The location was Highgate Way, Rowville. I have a floorplan for the Albany 28 and the Memphis 28. The Memphis 33 base price (although I only have the 28 floorplan) is $164, 500. No price for the Albany. The upgrade price list I have is fascinating though. Here's a sample.
