Interesting reading this about the fence on the wrong side......I just had the surveyor out today to tell me that my fence is inside my boundary by 900mm. So, my neighbors pool filter, pavers, deck, etc is all on my land. My question is, what can I now do and over what time period does my neighbor have to move all that stuff?? Any help is very much appreciated! I want my land back.....
