Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 10, 2009 8:09 am Hi all just need a little advise
I got my tender back i have a beautiful high block 1.8 m fall highest point at the back ( that i'm not ready to give up on) What they did to my house was split it put in about 9 stairs ranging from garage to living area and dug me into the ground at the back by about 2 ruller lengths. all this for a grand price or 45K this is not what we throught was going to happen we throught we would be nice and high didn't realise that our house would turn out to be split level The block behind me would in this case fall from front the back (low in back ) would this make the look over my fence? or should i just get a nother tender with diffrent builder do you think this would change . Re: Tender back fall 1.8m what to do? 2Mar 10, 2009 11:14 am Check this thread out .. i think they're having the same problems ...

Some builders over quote on site costs and give you the remainder. That's very helpful, thank you. I was mostly interested in knowing if a spoon drain requires a specific slope, but I appreciate the extra information. 4 3921 Thank you Splashers. Tomorrow I might check if I can get a few packs of 300x300 in the same tile finish. It may be good to use these could in the shower recesses. I'm not… 4 2861 I've got a challenge here. Background is the builder has cut too deep for the slab and the slab is now below the very substantial retaining wall. It's failed occupancy… 0 16471 |
