Has anyone built with SJD Homes? Looking for some feedback if they were good or bad.
I have heard of them, a small environmentally friendly builder or something.. They are a local builder I think, displays at Cranbourne. But thats all I know.
I am building with them at the moment.....

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.

I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with…
