Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 04, 2009 8:37 pm Hi All!!
Just wondering if anyone has ever (on purpose!) used discontinued bricks on their house. We have been trying to decide, and had thought the PGH Bathurst was the way to go, but then saw some places with PGH Glenoak and PGH Golden Sands, both of which have been discontinued. They both come in within our budget (550/1000), but we are thinking we night be able to get a better deal on them cause they are discontinued. We won't be adding anything on to the house, and we quite like the bricks, so just wondering if anyone has tried this tactic and suceeded in getting a discount, or if you have any ideas on how much off the price we should ask. We have already checked, and they have enough stocks in both styles for our place. Thanks for your help!!!!
