I am new to this site so i'll probably be asking you all how to do everything. But yes we are building Atlantique 32 ASWELL!!! We bought land in Cranbourne North - EVE Estate. Currently we are at the plastering stage. We have taken lots of pics along the way so I will upload them soon (just as soon as i figure out how...) I have found Carlilse great so far. The only thing is that me and my hubby just got married in Feb which is when the building pretty much started so we were busy over Xmas with wedding AND house things to deal with!! Unfortunately we werent as thorough as much with our building plans because of this and missed a few things but thankfully it was nothing too major (eg the niche in the atlantique 36 is an 'upgrade' in the 32 which we werent told of this until yesterday when I called and asked where the niche was after walking through the house on the weekend. And they put our stacker doors on the wrong door). But I know most of these things are our own fault, needless to say, we will be watChing everything closely from now!! I am a bit annoyed at myself though because we didnt upgrade the facade which the hubby really wanted. This is because we were JUST under our budget and didnt want to go over - turned out in the end that we were $4k under the budget which would have been enough to get the facade - and when we realised this it was too late - now i'm angry because I completely upgraded the kitchen to look like the diSplay and my hubby missed out the facade And now I see everyone's else facades and they look great!!! oh well... Sorry for the long post guys!! kEEP ME UPDATED ON EVERYTHING!! i will post pics very soon! I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with… 14 105609 They already have two well known ones (HIA & MBA) that many new home buyers mistakenly think are regulatory bodies that Joe Public can complain to. 6 18030 4 14309 |
