The more screw piles you need, the cheaper the cost per screw piles. We did a screw piles installation early this year and costed us around $250 per screw piles @ 3m length installed for 76 of them (Melbourne Metro). Hi, can you tell me name of the company that you used please. Thanks Re: does anyone know the cost of a screw pile? 12Aug 04, 2022 5:48 am Dean.T Oakland Projects All depends on where you are, site access, what sort of rating on the screw piles, the length of the screw piles and how many you need. Re: does anyone know the cost of a screw pile? 13Aug 04, 2022 10:13 am AlexAndRachel Nice, we are waiting for the engineer spec, before tendering out to a few local providers π 100%, wait for the engineering details and then weigh up the options If you have a few then screw piles are the way to go, if there are 50+ the concrete piles are cheaper. Do the math concrete is $200m3 -> 10 m of piling + auger+ pump +rebar, etc Here's a tip, If you are in corrosive soils or adjacent to a pool then think twice about steel piles-> go concrete Goodluck Designer,Engineer (Civil,Const & Envir),Builder,Concrete & Masonry Contract.Struct Repairs The most definitive answer to your question James is this taken from the James Hardie Axon Cladding Installation Guide - i just happen to have it… 5 19337 Approvals are covered in the cost we are paying to the pool company. The only thing stated in our home build contract for the additional cost is engineering support. … 3 16799 thanks guys! yes this is how I've exactly raised it with the builder. still awaiting response. 12 18365 |
