Hi Guys
I have recently bought a land in stage 61 in the highlands estate(Newbury Village). I have been told by stockland that the tiltle would definitely take place on 28th May. Is there anybody who has purchased a land in stage 61.

Re: Highlands Estate Craigieburn 65May 10, 2009 10:29 pm Hey vikdeep, good santorini is a nice house good luck.. well everything depends on the soil test and it will be carried out near to the entitlement i guess.. did you ask your sales consultant about the soil test ? and did they share it with you ? my sales consul said that it is usually 5k in criagieburn Re: Highlands Estate Craigieburn 66May 11, 2009 11:44 am Melissa-good to know that we would be very close to being neighbours. well i spoke to a stocklands lady last week and she confirmed me that the settlement date is 28th May. I hope it's on time.Who is your builder anyways? Kamranshakil-has m8tricon given you any site cost quote? they have given us in the range of 9k-10k and then few more K's depending on the amount of rocks? Let me know what they have told u so I can compare.. Re: Highlands Estate Craigieburn 67May 11, 2009 12:31 pm yeah vikdeep, 9-10 is the figure i was given too and with 5k allowance for the rocks.... thats only a approx not exact. it could vary from one another because of land layout and the cost associated with it Re: Highlands Estate Craigieburn 69May 11, 2009 5:34 pm I'm in Stage 62 ... so not far from 61 (depending on which part you are in).. Hopefully will title before 28th may.. i was told last week that it was last week.. but that didnt happen.. maybe this week? Site costs... ours are included in our price.. so hard to say what they are.. as for rock.. max cost would be $5k for us (based on 3 days of non stop drilling/excavation).. although still awaiting soil tests to be able to be done.. Anyone got any soil results in stage 61/62? Ive seen a bit of rock dug up over the weekend from stage 60.. hopefully ours is deep enough not to be a bother.. -------------------------------------------------------- Building in Highlands Craigieburn Status: Building the Laundryless 25.5: Slab Complete Re: Highlands Estate Craigieburn 71May 11, 2009 9:00 pm melissa81 vikdeep - im building with m3tricon, our site costs were $8k plus $5k for rock hey melissa... nice 8 k which area ? which stage ?
