Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 03, 2009 1:52 pm Hi guys,
Does anybody know whats the difference between waffle slab and concrete slab? One builder is giving a waffle slab with some 20mpa of concrete and one is giving solid concrete. I am not sure which one is better and what's in it for the builder. Also how can I calculate how much lineal meters of piering will i need. I know I have H class soil. Sorry for asking so many question but being a novice I will take all the advice that I can get and prevent myself from being conned by the builders Thank again!
