I bought into the Clarion Release, Lot 808 and expect titles in March, but from reading your posts wont hold my breath lol. Just wanted to say hi and ask is it true Westfield is going to be part of the town center. Cheers. Westfield with about 200 retail shops is what i have been hearing, although you never know untill it is confirmed and constructed. im more excited about the train station really. No do I, but it seems odd that they would omit this on the last stage of the Ashcroft Neighbourhood... surely it would be included for consistency?? I heard from someone who works in WL sales that fences aren't included in the latest releases of land. At least that was the case a while ago. If that's true then it's a terrible way to save some cash. First, land prices are at record highes (people are paying $90k more than what I paid for smaller blocks!) and if you give a fencing contractor 100's of jobs, they would do it for an amazingly low price and you get consistency. In another CW estate to the north of Melbourne, front landscaping isn't included but they get a $3,000 rebate once it has been completed and the design needs to be approved beforehand. WL stage 8 Re: williams landing 1040Aug 02, 2010 4:01 pm It was probably decided to offer the fencing and landscaping to the earlier lots so they look better (more complete) when finished which would entice people to buy the later releases. As the releases roll on, they take away the fencing and now the landscaping. Would have thought that they would include the landscaping in the final release of Ashcroft though so as to keep it all fairly consistant. 2 2936 I am looking to design an entry door to a lower ground basement that has 2200mm between the external entry height to FFL of the ground floor.
