How much of this you can beleive we dont know. I also spoke to one of the sales consultants down there and the reason why they were behind had something to do with the water works during stage 1. We can only hope for the best i suppose. Hope all goes well. Re: williams landing 5Mar 17, 2009 12:23 pm Im also in stage 2 I think (swanton Ave) been told may too went down their on the weekend. I really am not holding my breath. Swanton didn't even have all the services in the ground yet their was no power run in even yet. Their still pushing the dirt around on the blocks which makes me think their way off. They quoted around 12k for a fixed site cost and around 1.5k for estate guidelines. Total of almost 14k !!
How much do u guys pay for the site cost? And anyone pay for estate guidelines too? Re: williams landing 13Mar 22, 2009 7:10 pm 3win, we're waiting to hear from Carlisle Homes regarding the site costs once they can do the soil testing, since they don't have fixed site costs. Hopefully there's not much rock (shouldn't be there no big rock since it's flat?) Building Bordeaux 40 Williams Landing Re: williams landing 15Mar 22, 2009 7:41 pm I think Kaytee will buy into the METRO Release. It will be released next week (the last weekend in March 09 I think). From what I see in their website, the residents at metro release can walk to the future town centre and town station. Am curious so as to the starting prices of this release. Will anyone be able to tell us? Stephen Williams Landing Stage 10 - Kingwell Neighbourhood Re: williams landing 16Mar 22, 2009 9:37 pm Hi, We are hoping to buy in the release this coming weekend.
