Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 03, 2009 9:27 am Hi All,
We have paid deposit for land and are waiting for the contract from the developer (Well we signed a contract earlier but it turns out that it was incorrect so need another one). We have noticed that the land has only two pegs (front ones). Is it possible to get the developer to pay for a restablishment survey ? Or do we have to bear the cost ? Land Settled 27/04/09.
