Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 03, 2009 7:26 am Has anyone decided to go with full height tiling in there bathroom or ensuite? We have decided to do this and received our increased tile and labour charges but our PCV from the builder has come back with an additional charge for a return trip to install the cornice because we are having this done. Is this common practice, or should we be querying this further?
The cost also seems excessive, well above what a standard call out fee may be for other services.
