granny flat + big bed room with bath - 2 level

Hi,
I'm in the process of finding a suitable design to build a 2 story house with the following features:
Ground level:
1, Granny flat
2. At least one master bedroom with private bath facilities.

I just can't find many designs! this is the olny one I found so far:

but it's starting from $350K!!

Anyone knows any other builders who builds similar to what I want?

Are you after a granny flat specifically? I have seen a few double storey designs where there is a "guest with ensuite and retreat" downstairs, and the master with ensuite and other bedrooms upstairs. The problem with that is that it didn't have a separate access to outside - but I don't know if that's an issue for you.

Yes ray... I need to satisfy two requirements.
1. A granny flat (It is going to be used as dance studio). Separate entry is preferred.
2. Large room with good bath room facility for my parents to live down stairs.
3. Double garage

So far I found only one design!

Also you need to check your council, if granny flat allowed.
