I'm two weeks off getting my keys and am considering getting an independent inspector to come and take a look over the place before making the final payment. Do you think its worth it? If you did use an independent inspector is there anybody you can recommend within the Hills/Sydney area? And roughly how much do they charge? highly recommend that you get your own independant inspector to look over the place before you accept handover and pay the final payment, even if only for your own peace of mind.
