We are building in Caloundra and will need someone for driveway and decking.

while I have been getting quotes to give to the bank for driveways, fences, decks etc (and don't the tradies love giving quotes 8 months out before a job is even on the cards?) - I wouldn't mind a recommendation or two from other locals who have been happy with their tradies. Ivadale Lakes, Bell Vista, Meridan Plains or Pelican Waters?? ’’Quondo Omni Flunkus Mortati ’’ If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy. We had to get extra quotes for the valuation frm tradies for driveway, fencing, decking and also landscaping. im trying to get a bit of an idea for prices but, yeah, have the same problem nobody wants to quote so fare out as its wasting their time. Ive seen some good driveways done ( exposed aggregate ) In the estate near aroona/currimundi- off miranda street. i might go past and see if they have stamped it Living in Caloundra Thread****** Lovin my house all finished!!! I saw a plantation going up in Byee st Caloundra it went up quite fast too!! Fingers crossed all goes well for you Keep us posted. Any luck with finding any details on good tradies?? All up with the alfresco and Drive with a few paths about it will bleed me of about 2k.
Then the render or not??? Looked at rokcoat, good product - need to do about 4-6mm and a $12 bag will do 2 squares, or there is the old school cement render for about $700 in sand and cement but it is a hard slog to do it that way. Any thoughts?? Rokcoat or Render it's got me stumped as to which way to go. Re: Sunshine Coast - Tradies 11Mar 16, 2009 11:32 am If you are still chasing a price for concrete my brother is a concretor. His company name is P Greensill Concreting and he lives in Battery Hill. I can arrange for him to give you a quote.
They offer complete concrete services - Concretors, Pumping & Earthworks. Good Luck with everything. I'll pop over this afternoon and let him know, maybe I can convince him to join forum one too and he can pm you himself!
