All up with the alfresco and Drive with a few paths about it will bleed me of about 2k.
Then the render or not??? Looked at rokcoat, good product - need to do about 4-6mm and a $12 bag will do 2 squares, or there is the old school cement render for about $700 in sand and cement but it is a hard slog to do it that way. Any thoughts?? Rokcoat or Render it's got me stumped as to which way to go. I'll pop over this afternoon and let him know, maybe I can convince him to join forum one too and he can pm you himself!
