* 41sqm of 40x40 australian made glazed porcelain tiles for floor and walls in wet areas only (ensuite, bath, toilet, laundry) $34.95 p/sqm = $1433 + gst * We also purchased 27 30x30 sheets of a feature mosaic tile for the shower bases and bath hob $35.90 p/sheet = $824 +gst (we got a 15% discount) * 15kg grout $29 and aluminium trim for bath $25 Our tiler has quoted $4800 for installation, however this includes screeting (sp??) which we need to do to raise the level of the floor to match our floor boards. We also have to pay for waterproofing and that will be $1100. Ruth -Bought house in Melbourne inner burbs, knocked it down & now...we are owner builders!
