Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 21, 2010 10:05 am I've heard that some people have their gutters and fascia painted on their brand new homes. Re: Painting gutters and fascia 2Jul 21, 2010 10:12 am The gutters and fascia can come in colorbond colours or in plain metal (zincalume) which needs to be painted. Some people go zincalume and paint it because it is cheaper than colorbond. Others paint it because they want a specific colour that is not available in the colourbond range.
