Unless you are using the room for something else than a theater?
Keep the door for the WIR they can get quite messy! One thing which I forgot to mention (and keeps forgetting) is that the living area is facing perfect north! Which is the reason for having as many windows / glass there as possible. The back of the house is west facing (the window in the HT is the only one in that direction), the front is east facing and bedrooms (2,3,4) windows south facing. The Regatta would have made much better use of the north facing advantage.
