Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 23, 2009 12:19 pm Hi there,
I'm building a house at the moment and it has almost finished, but I've noticed that there's a few cracks in the slab on where they put the frame. Just wondering if thats common or is this be a major problem in the future? If you can let me know that would be great. Re: Cracks in concrete slab - common? 2Feb 23, 2009 12:39 pm How wide are they? It just happens. The cracks we usually get are 1mm wide or so, but if they get karger than 3mm, you should get the warranty manager to fix it after you move in or so.
