apologies for not being able to come here for a while, below are some recent photos which i just managed to find out how do do it. fixign stage will be very soon finished - the dug-out are supposed to be filled in today - we have just been given an engineers report about the fix-up. kitchens cupboards are in but the drawers and a pull out storage are NOT correct, i am seeing the cabinet maker this Saturday, hopefully it will be corrected. stairs are in and paitings shoudl be starting next week. i am so excited to see bel's house is hers now and everything went well for her - apart from that particular neighbour. nh Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 48Jun 11, 2009 10:58 pm Woooohooo!!! I've been wondering about you nh Thanks for your lovely comments, we aren't officially in, still waiting on floors but nearly there Your house is looking gorgeous!! Love the facade - nougat bricks and dune Gorgeous Kitchen and stairs are looking fantastic too!!! Keep them coming My karma ran over your dogma Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 52Jul 23, 2009 9:17 pm Hi there, just interested to know is that the colour splashback you chose or did the colour not come through the green glass well. This happened to us and it was a shock initially but I am used it it now and don't mind the colour Looking good Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 54Jul 23, 2009 9:20 pm hey, mundie No, i don't think so, we chose Hog Bristle 1/2 strength, but i saw it today with this coloour , so i just shoot csc an email tellign them that's not right, also a few other things are just not correct Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 55Jul 23, 2009 9:24 pm What glass was used for the splasback, clear (green tinged) or starfire (clear)? If clear glass was used I doubt Hog Bristle will come through as we chose a very similar colour and it didn't come through. Ours splashbacks are looking a very similar colour so I hope that a mistake was made if you are not happy with it and you are not stuck with it like we are P.S Your floor tiles are lovely, and we have the same basins I think Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 - photos!!!!! 56Jul 23, 2009 9:31 pm mundiei chose normal glass which i guess with a green tinge, but i thought with the Hog Bristle, it would cover the green tinge a bit, but form now i can't see any hog bristle colout in it goodness, it means if the colour doesn't come through, we will take this? the other thing is i asked for overhead cupboard lights shining into the cupboard, but today i saw they installed and mde it shining down on the bench - whihc defeat my whole purpose of having paid to have glass display overhead cupbards nh Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 - photos!!!!! 57Jul 23, 2009 9:40 pm Will be interesting what your SS says about the splashback. Your house looks beautiful. How long until it is finished? Ours is supposed to be finished tomorrow, and handover next week Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 - photos!!!!! 58Jul 23, 2009 9:46 pm Yay for pics!! Well done nh It looks fabulous! I love your bathroom tiles they are just gorgeous I think your splashback looks great, I always like that blue/green with white cupboards it looks so fresh Frustrating if it isn't what you wanted though Facade is looking good What colour is your front door/garage? My karma ran over your dogma Re: Building a PD Brookvale 50 - photos!!!!! 59Jul 23, 2009 9:50 pm hey, bel, colour for garage? hmmm, out dear dune mundie, yes, would be interested to know, probably tell me the colour didn't come through, iit look fresh, i might get used to. oh, our PC on 4th Aug, hand over 11th aug. thanks for your comments nh go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110574 Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11039 |
