Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 19, 2009 8:23 am Hello again,
I have bought land on a new sub division (not part of an estate) and sold by a developer (not a builder). There are NO pegs on the land to show boundaries. question: who's responsibility is it to peg the land? should i get a certified surveyer to peg and give me formal documents so that there are no disputes in the future? neighbouring lots are not sold. thanks T-F Re: Land Survey 2Feb 19, 2009 8:28 am Have you double checked the pegs? Sometimes they are buried and you have to dig for them. Have a look where they should be and start digging, they may be there. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
