Unfortunately a full architectural design is beyond us, but surely there are project homes out there that use glass, voids and decks to take advantage of the Brisbane weather and lifestyle? Nu-steel are probably the closest I've seen, but even they are on the small side, not the 35+ squares we're looking for.
