I'm glad to hear everything is going well for you guys
Growing grass should be fun I guess all this rain would help? The retaining wall sounds great, hopefully it's not too much of a shock for you

I think I will cry when I get the quote I'm glad to hear everything is going well for you guys Growing grass should be fun I guess all this rain would help? Would you recommend them? We love on of their designs but have heard mixed reviews- are you able to give me some insight please? Either here or at my email address: sobandcob@hotmail.com Thankyou! Chantelle Re: Coral Homes mixed feedback 43Mar 12, 2010 8:00 pm Cob79 Hi Jess09, Are you happy with the final result of your house with Coral? Would you recommend them? We love on of their designs but have heard mixed reviews- are you able to give me some insight please? Either here or at my email address: sobandcob@hotmail.com Thankyou! Chantelle Jess09 hey chantelle - absolutely 100% would reccomend them there are always a few hiccups along the way, but I found my coral build to be quality, REALLY fast (2.5 months) and so hassle free - SS was awesome, head office was great etc etc check out my blog for pics, i'll have to load some more recent ones now that i have furniture etc Chantelle, I believe Jess has already answered your question. She said she would 100% recommend them, as I would too. Can you elaborate on the mixed reviews you have heard? What sought of insight are you looking for? Have you managed to read through some of the other Coral buildees threads/blogs to gather information and look at photo's of the finished products? Re: Coral Homes mixed feedback 44Mar 13, 2010 4:51 pm Another Coral builder here, building the Hamilton 278. Not had any real issues so far, just a bit of a grumble about the extras they didn't tell us about. $2,500 extra paid direct to the electrician for all extra plug sockets, lights, tv points etc. $1,500 extra because they said they had made no provision for the grey water. $850 extra to the tiler for extra tiling in the ensuit - still need to check on this, sound a bit excessive. But saying all that, I am happy with the way they have handled any small issues that have come up. They tend to stick with the same tradies which is great. So far we are happy and would be happy to recommend them. Re: Coral Homes mixed feedback 45Mar 15, 2010 11:15 am We have similar feedback as Jess - a few hiccups along the way, but are really happy with the overall finished product. Would probably build with them again. As I started this thread initially I imagine that you may be having some similar concerns/ questions that we had. All I can say is that we found building a little stressful, but overall loved it and are really enjoying our new home. Check out our blog www.ourbaroness.blogspot.com if you want more info on our journey - warts and all! I haven't put up pics of our house since it was finished - still trying to sort out internet, but you will get the picture Building the Coral Baroness 274 Check out our blog www.ourbaroness.blogspot.com Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4357 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13449 |
