We didn't want to be restricted by the range of tiles offered by the builder. We also didn't trust their tradesmen to get it right as well.
I was told by the builders' sales rep that 80% of people use the builder to do floor coverings and the other 20% do it themselves. Troy Looking to tile the facade pillars rather than rendering. Builder is quoting 2500$ laying cost for upto 10msq. The 2 pillars come to be 16msq.
