Hey everybody!
I have a question...we'll be building on a west facing cricket pitch (11mtrs by 35mtrs). The plan that meets 99% of what we want has the 2 smaller bedrooms in the south. Due to the small size of the rooms (3.2X3.1),we cannot afford to set a wall or even a part of the room back to meet the setback restrictions! If we want to give a window on the wall then we'll have to set it back by 1.5mtrs instead of .9...which makes the bedroom a little pigeon hole! There's going to be a toilet-bathroom between these 2 bedrooms and when we set it's wall back by 1.5 mtrs, we'll give a little window of nearly .6mtrs on the adjoining walls of each bedroom, respectively. this is the best we could come up with... any ideas? Is it really important to have windows in these 2 rooms apart from the little ones that they're getting? Not that I have a lot of space to play with... lol, maybe I just need somebody to kiss and make it better(tell me that it doesn't matter...)
sigh...
