I agree, green is the way to go I love your dining table, its the exact one I'll be after!! Did the stools come in other colours? I love chilli plants!!! I had hundreds of them and I had to leave them all behind in Canberra when I moved /quote] Thanks Frogger! The table is the perfect size for what I need! The stools come in one other colour, I think its called dirty oak, kind of like a teak colour Aaron & Erin We thought we bought two punnets of capsicum plants the other year... they were actually two punnets of chillies... We had 16 chilli plants growing, and were able to pick and freeze the chillies in zip lock bags. They last really well in the freezer for months Ahhh good to know that they can be frozen, did you blanch them or anything first? When the time comes, I will also look up some chilli sauces/salsa recipes I'll find you my Pico de Gallo recipe (it's a tomato-based salsa). DH can't get enough of it. I generally dry roast them along with other spices in a cast iron skillet, them blend it all in a coffee grinder to make an array of different masalas to add to anything. I've never tried freezing them, but I will this year, thanks Erin Life is; then you tell yourself a story. Re: Chateau Lisa - New pots and chilli plants! 2391Jan 20, 2010 3:48 pm Oh and my dog has never eaten a chilli. For some reason he knows not to touch them. Maybe he did eat one when I was at work.
