Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 08, 2009 10:47 am Hi everyone,
I am about to have my initial consultation with DFH in two weeks. And paying the initial deposit. Getting very excited now! I am just wondering, any current update from the people who have built with DFH or currently building with DFH? How is their service and build quality and timeliness to date? So far, the sales consultant whom I have been dealing with is helpful. And the person also told me that she will be the one that will be dealing with me from now till completion of construction. I am not sure whether this is the way they do it at DFH? If they do it this way, then it is different from the other big builders. I believe that in H3nley and other bigger builders, you will be passed to a different consultant for different stages? Which is better? dealing with one person from start to completion or having to deal with a different person for each stage? Would greatly appreciate any advice. It was really very big, it was in fact two house joined together with a four car garage in the middle. It seemed to be very efficient build if that is any help. It went up very quickly considering the size and the fall on which they were building on. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. we're in the process of building with DFH in Rose Grange and i can't fault them. we delt with the sales consultant until construction started and then we started dealing wiht the site manager. both these people have been fantastic and have been more than willing to answer any questions you have. It's going up prety fast as well. the brickies just finished today and the site manager told us the tilers will be there monday so every thing is running smoothly. anyway hope this helps i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16001 hey there! π so, itβs kinda common for standard drawer depths to be around 500mm since most cabinets use this size to fit the usual runners… 3 20906 I've decided, after a period of confusion (my building broker told me it's probably not worth it to use a lawyer, but others have said it is a must) that I definitely will… 7 27952 |
