Neighbourhood - priced at $330k to $360K, size of block around 600-700sqm Vista - priced at $400k up, same lot size as Neighbourhood but with distant views of golf courses Gallery - lots with uninterrupted view of golf course either from the back, size or front, priced in the high $500k to low $600k Official opening of the estate tomorrow. From experience, those who like Green Valley, West Hoxton, Carnes Hill, Hoxton Park, Cecil Hills, Prestons etc. don't usually entertain the idea of moving to the Blacktown area. Re: Prices at Stonecutters Ridge 5Feb 07, 2009 5:13 pm I saw the new Lilly Pilly release today on the tour (Jacaranda release is more than 50% sold)
There were some Neighbourhood sites at $299k A good point to remember is that average land size is 650sqm with 17-18m frontage. Surrounding suburbs are not greenfields areas (new land estates) - all homes built 20-30 years ago. After 4 years - we're in! We liked West Hoxton because of the hills and green parks and every evening familles walking. But in saying that we are open to the right locations as they are all still very west from city and all in Blacktown or Liverpool Council Maybe Building is not the right thing for us and just buy the right house have to decide so. Re: Prices at Stonecutters Ridge 7Feb 08, 2009 6:37 am Bill11s - you'll love the parks at Stonecutters Ridge then - walking tracks all throughout the estate plus the M7 walkway/cycleway is 3 min walk from the estate - plenty of families use that for walking. I know West Hoxton does really have a country feel. See how you go, sometimes you get recently built established homes at a discount to building yourself. Actually i should say often, a lot of my first home customers have done it that way. Re: Prices at Stonecutters Ridge 9Mar 04, 2009 1:10 pm I've been reading about stone cutters ridge today!
