Price change on fixed tender?

just wanting to know if the price can change after fix tender ?

What can make the price change if so?

What do i look out for ?

Has anyones changes?

Site costs can make it change. If they hit a rock they will hit you up for alot to remove it etc. Excavation costs and any fill/cut required etc. Apart from that not much in the unknown category that I can think of.

Site costs have been done for this lot as some has pulled out of the buy but i guess s##t can still happen and i hope it doesn't.
As we know the council in our area require drop edge beam ( my enquire) this ,has been added .
so it was just a matter of not hitting rock

but if its fixed site cost..we dont have to worry right? thats what the sales told me

Make sure the contract has in it that all site costs are fixed regardless of soil type
