Hi all,
Our kitchen has just been installed and when I went to peak through the windows last night to check the progress I saw something that I wasn't happy with.
We have a long island bench in our kitchen and the front wall of the island bench (which looks out to our dinning room), is made up of two pieces of polyurethane, rather than one full piece. This means there is a line in the middle of our island bench wall. I expected this to be one smooth complete piece.
Before I complain does anyone know if polyurethane is a heavy product that can only be cut into certain sizes? I assume they will use this excuse so want to do some research before I complain.
Sorry if this is a blasé question, I wasn’t able to take photos so can only try to explain what I mean. I’m going to arrange an appointment with our SS to discuss tomorrow, so will try to take some photos.
Thanks for your help
