We are having our final builders interview soon and obviously thinking we will take the insulation out because of the government announcement, I then realized our ceiling insulation is what our builder calls a "fair deal bonus" but we are paying an extra $1200 to insulate the external walls, I will obviously be talking to our builder and see how/if we can get the government's $1600 somehow, I'm sure many more of you in "homeone land" will be in the same situation.
