Just wondering if you could let me know how long (on average), it takes to exchange contracts after an offer has been made and accepted. We made an offer (25K under asking price... ) which was accepted on Friday, so I'm just wondering when we will get the contracts - will my conveyancer call me, or should I call them??? I'll give the conveyancer a call at the end of the week if theres been no contact. Major dramas have unfolded though with the quote - builder had been adding on FHOG to price, we had been including it.
