That's one of the things I really like about Wisdom, they're not just sales people. Negotiating prices is the bit you can't really do much about in general. Price is hard to negotiate? What about I dropping something (i.e BASIX) and then add something else (i.e 3rd garage)? It's ok as long as the total price is the same? May I know the sales person you talked to? We are very much interested in Wisdom home. You can't drop BASIX, you need it or else your DA won't be approved! Sorry I did not make myself clear. I meant that we could do BASIX ourselves.
