Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 01, 2009 4:37 pm Hi guys, I'm sorry to keep asking these questions, but i HAVE been researching, and unable to find anything at all.
I cant find any information on the net at all about Edgewater Homes, who we went to see on display in tarneit gardens today, their posters say they are a division of Henley, but the display homes were being run by Mckewen Real Estate. Anyway, we found a nice one there, and the salesman has given us a price on the display home as is, minus window furnishings plus fencings, driveway etc, we are quite keen on it, but I am unable to find any reviews on these guys. Also, I cant understand how they can include fencing in the price of the house, if it is something to be shared with future neighbours. I would greatly appreciate any information please! thanks, Brian. Re: Edgewater Homes (Henley) 2Feb 01, 2009 7:51 pm As I understand it, Edgewater is the brand Henley uses for their spec homes. Homes which are prebuilt and sold as is.
