Can someone please tell me on an average how much does it cost to build the below - 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms double garage 1 study 1 Lounge 1 Kitchen 1 Family/Meals 1 Alfresco Thanks in advance for the reply. It's a lovely house, we didn't pick it because it wasn't right for our block, but nearly did.

Some builders have cheaper base price because they don’t have stone bench or some fancy things as inclusion, but some do, and also they may use different suppliers & contractors, that’s why there is a price different It is a personal choice of what you need/want to the house. It costs when it comes to upgrade (e.g. stone bench, timber floor, tiles shower…etc), so you can either choose a smaller house with lower base price, that allow you to have enough room to play with upgrade items, or choose a bigger house but with standard inclusion only..
