Hi can i ask who are you considering to build with? I think i just more problem due to easment everone saide it would be fine just build 1.5 mtrs from fence but when i talked to the building enginer at the council i got a slap in the face and the truth he told me that this pier an beam would have to happen as its on the land contract with the council but this is not in my contract.
