Thanks! That's what I am hoping for ~ Caroline Springs, Tarneit, Point Cook has all gone up so much in price over the past few years, yet they don't even have a train station nearby. So I do hope that Melton could take off once the Deer Park Bypass is done later this year! First Home Buyers will shift from suburb to suburb as long as the price is cheapest, but hopefully big family would find Melton an attractive place to stay ~
And thanks for all the comments regarding rental & investment; actually rental is a thought if my salary goes down because of the uncertain economics ~ but of course if I have better job, then it's more for myself to live there as higher priority ~ so I do love those high ceiling (though it's gonna cost me another $6 to $7K) and bigger shower, etc.
But I'll definitely make it low maintenance garden later so I hate doing gardening work myself too
