Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 18, 2010 9:50 am We are building in a new subdivision and our house is a few months from completion. We want to start trying to organise the boundary fencing. We have already spoken to a neighbour on one side about the fencing. The only reason we have spoken to this neighbour is that is was luck for us both to be at our blocks on the sameday. But we would like to speak to our other neighbour on the otherside about it too. My question is how do i get in contact with the other neighbour in regards to fencing? We haven't seen them once at their block but we do know its sold. Sorry i hope I have made sense Re: Another Fencing Question... 2Jan 18, 2010 10:45 am Talk to your council. I think our one (Casey) is able to establish contact for fencing quotes etc. Not sure if all of them do that though. For example, Frankston council list: Quote: To obtain adjoining property ownership details for the purpose of common fencing, a request can be made with Frankston Council's Property Services Department. The Property Services Department can be contacted on 1300 322 322.
