Hi all
I am hoping someone may own a block in Wyndham Waters that can tell me the type of slab required - we are in stage 57 so need anyone on that side in stage 55 or 56?
We were told it is possibly H class??
Cheers, Lee

I think 10k for your site costs is adequate is this for fixed price?? Mine was also a P class in stage 55 and ours ending up costing around 14,000 but that was because we were building quite close to the easement and they had to do bored piers to overcome the angle of repose.. DPareek it depends on how close you are building to the easement?? and also what slab type is included in the contract with your builder.. most builders include M type slab so i would except to pay between 8,500 - 10,000 if your not building too close to the easement.. if your building close to the easement could cost a bit more.. also depends what slab type your builder uses.. lol if its a waffle pod slab they generally seem to be a bit cheaper.. hope i've helped.. a little Natural stone tiles like slate, travertine, and limestone add a timeless, elegant look to… 0 25616 2 4197 Thanks for the insights, that makes perfect sense, and yeah, I will be leaning on the experience of the excavator operator entirely. 6 16235 |
