I don't know if they're planning to give them to us without chasing it up. I had to email them several times and repeat requests for confirmation after some vague replies but eventually got them to confirm that I would get a copy of the compaction report as soon as it became available. We are not building in point cook.. however we were also looking at a block of land with significant fill on it. Our builder suggested that we get a compaction report from the developer on contract signing. Land Settled 27/04/09. Site Started 30/4/09. Slab poured 21/5/09. Frame up 27/5/09. We also have a block in Alamanda and our site costs are $11k plus $4k allowance for extra piers that may be required due to close proximity to easement. Hope this helps..
