Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 14, 2009 10:28 am Can anyone tell me how long your plans took to be approved through Casey Council in Melbourne?
We will be building at Marriott Waters and are down for a Feb site start. We will sign the contract with PD this friday and they told us at our tender appt that plans only take a couple of weeks to go through council. Trying to find out if this is true? Re: How long for plans approval through Casey council? 2Jan 14, 2009 10:51 am That sounds about right, our plans were delayed more by our developer (AVJennings) than the council.
It should only be a couple of weeks if they dont have a backlog? Re: How long for plans approval through Casey council? 3Jan 14, 2009 2:34 pm Took use three days!!!!!
