We're nearing our PCI and everything so far is good. There have been issues, yes, but all have been rectified to our satisfaction. Quality of the build has been good - there were only a few items found during our pre-plaster inspection (by an independent inspector) and they've been fixed promptly. We have an open line of communication with our site supervisor. He meets us periodically in the site to walk us through what has been completed so far and answer our queries. Happy with our decision to choose them as our builder . Building Pagoda 31 MkII 28/11/11 - Tender 20/12/11 - Contract Signed 12/06/12 - Settlement Now on to never-ending post handover activities!
