We are looking at buying land in the inner west area and would like to know from other people what the cost of home building is (within the last 12 months) We would think we could maybe get out of it around the 200K for a good home. Land size is around 185sqm so home size would be around the 120sqm We are looking at having a 2 bedroom home but open to the 2 storey information as well. Your best off going to see an architect to talk costs.
It will cost you way more than a project home out west because of the small fidlly job it is and the difficult access those blocks usually have.
