I hope you don't have to pay the $500 variation fee for that. We got a couple of variations done before engineering and they were snuck in for free (otherwise we wouldn't have done them). I think I recall our rep at Burbank saying that since it was done before soil tests / engineering, that they wouldn't attract the variation fee. I guess it wouldn't hurt to check with Burbank about this. I'm currently building Attenborough 3200 with Burbank. I finished my colour selection last week. I love Stephanie in the Edge, she's cute and professional, she helps me a lot with the colours. I'm here sharing some burbank prices with the newbies so you can have a better idea about it. 1) my contract price list http://i1040.photobucket.com/albums/b403/chanelyang/colour/contract.png 2) my colour selection upgrade price list http://i1040.photobucket.com/albums/b403/chanelyang/colour/colour.jpg 3) the electricity price per unit list http://i1040.photobucket.com/albums/b403/chanelyang/colour/electricity.jpg 4) my facade & promo inclusion and price http://i1040.photobucket.com/albums/b403/chanelyang/colour/facadepromo.png Hope this helps~ Cheers Re: Building with Burbank... 511Nov 16, 2010 8:52 am Hi Chanel Yang Thanks for posting about Attenborough 3200. We are thinking about going with Attenborough 3500 instead of Forrester 4300 as our block is not deep enough. We are still waiting on the Building Envelopes. Your list definitely helps us a lot. Thanks again for the sharing selections with us. Keep us tuned with the progress of the build. Where abouts are you building? Reason I ask this because we wanted a zonal heating too but were told that out of the 7 outlets at a time 5 will always be ON. Offcourse we are bulding a single storey. I am guessing yours mights work differently. 26/2 - Sales 23/3 - Colours 31/3 - Tender 14/4 - Contract 7/5 - Taps 12/6 - Site start 15/6 - Slab 27/6 - Frame 1/8 - Lockup/Fixing 29/9 - PCI 25/10 - Handover Re: Building with Burbank... 514Nov 17, 2010 6:10 pm SavantAmeya Hi tt_chanel...when you say 500/each zone for zoned heating - do you know how many zones you are getting and what are the min number outlets working when only one zone is working ? For the electricity part, I just share the prices that I know even though I didn't select some items, like zoned heating, alarm system and the door bell/security system. I am planning to do these after handover. So I don't know about the min outlets number, sorry~ Re: Building with Burbank... 516Nov 17, 2010 7:58 pm tt_chanel For the electricity part, I just share the prices that I know even though I didn't select some items, like zoned heating, alarm system and the door bell/security system. Thanks TT, I hope this helps anyone else going to the Edge next andynmel That's strange, we were never told anything like that. We've got two zones with our heating/cooling system. One zone has 4 ducts and the other has 5. Hmmm...very strange we have taken the evaporative cooling and were told that there are no zones available for it. I think since we have only 7 outlets for heating she (N*****) suggested that we should not opt for it as at any time there will always be 5 ON. I am going to ask my admin again to check on this. 26/2 - Sales 23/3 - Colours 31/3 - Tender 14/4 - Contract 7/5 - Taps 12/6 - Site start 15/6 - Slab 27/6 - Frame 1/8 - Lockup/Fixing 29/9 - PCI 25/10 - Handover Re: Building with Burbank... 517Nov 20, 2010 10:28 am Quote: Pregnancy brain so early? http://burbankascent2500.blogspot.com/ https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=28503 [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/] HOUSE COMPLETED IN 119 DAYS PCI Complete Handover 24th August Re: Building with Burbank... 518Nov 30, 2010 9:59 am Hello Everyone I am building Reolution 2880 with Burbank in Aurora.
