Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 28, 2007 2:19 pm Hi there,
We have just signed up with Adenbrook to build our first home. They require a compaction certificate, which we didn't get from the private sale of the land and the owners say they don't have any documentation besides a Site Plan. How do I get a hold of a compation cert? I rang the gold coast city council, they seem to have no idea what it even is, let alone if they have one What can I do?
