Do you know where in Mernda Villages they're building the new displays? Re: Vacant Land : Compaction Report - Engineered Fill 25Jun 07, 2010 12:51 pm Hi everyone, My land developer Oliver Hume tole me that they will give me compaction report by the land settlement day, however I have done sales quote with my builder Carlisle Homes and this month will do the tender appointment, by the time the land settled ( I was told this month June 2010 but it is likely to be late), I probably already sign the contract with my builder, so in that case, it would be too late to give Carlisle the compaction report for negotiation the site cost, currently Carlisle charge me approx. $10K for the site cost (I'm building in Point Cook),whcih I believe it is too much. can anyone tell me when you received your compaction report from land developer? Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity. 1 15887 Thanks Simon, I guess I'm no concerned with the volume of the noise rather that dead and hollow sound and feel that is associated with floating floors. But I'm not sure… 3 6113 2 4343 |
