Our council took three months. Appears to be the norm in Sydney. We are building with coral and can say we are extremely happy with the build so far. Especially with the quality!!! Built a modified "Daydream 279" .. Cor@l Homes on a flat 4473m block!! I starting to think though its directly related to how good your site supervisor is

We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing.
