Are windows included in frame stage Ours has all the frames wood and steel - upstairs/downstairs What else has to be included? Thanks Re: What constitutes Frame Stage 3Dec 19, 2008 2:23 pm "Frame stage" means the stage when a building's frame is finished on a single storey home. On a 2-storey and split level constructions the frame of the garage and or portico are not required to be completed.
That is word for word from my HIA contract, windows are in the enclosed stage - (e) the external windows are fixed (even if only temporarily) Check your contract, the stages should be clearly laid out for you. This is 100% true. You can not hang anything on steel frames. very frustrating 8 5343 Not unless you have managed to put it as a special condition into the contract somehow. 1 6150 The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is. 1 8702 |
